Component 1: Provision of Essential Village Infrastructure and Services

This component finances socio-economic infrastructure and income-generating activities at the village level. Villagers will be able to choose from a closed menu of activities, receiving two cycles of assistance during the project period. Two cycles per village will allow the government to maximize impact and villages to draw lessons from the initial cycle.
