Component 3: Restoring Trust and Reconciliation through Inclusive Planning and Facilitation

This component finances social and technical facilitation carried out by community facilitators and technical facilitators recruited, trained and supervised by the Project at the municipal and regional levels, to work with communities on the planning, design and management of sub-projects under Components 1 and 2. These facilitators, who should be recruited locally wherever possible, will also ensure that the most vulnerable groups — in particular women, youth, displaced persons and persons with disabilities — participate fully in the planning and decision-making concerning the sub-projects.
